These Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) and Love Well Connections (“Love Well,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning participation in the Love Well. Live Local. membership program (the “Program”). By purchasing a membership or signing the acknowledgment section at the end of these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

IMPORTANT AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL AND BILLING DISCLOSURE 

A standard paid membership begins on the date of purchase and continues for an initial three-month term at $29.95. If a valid discount code is applied, the discounted price will be clearly displayed before checkout. You authorize Love Well Connections and its payment processor to charge the price displayed at checkout to your selected payment method. Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, a paid membership will automatically renew for successive three-month terms according to the terms herein these Terms. We will provide a written renewal reminder by email no less than 15 days before each quarterly renewal. You may cancel before the renewal date through your online membership account, if available, or by emailing lovewellconnections@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not produce a prorated refund for the current term. Complimentary business memberships are not charged and do not automatically renew as paid memberships.  

1. Eligibility and account responsibility 

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate, current information; maintain the security of your login credentials; and promptly update your contact and payment information. You are responsible for activity through your account. Membership is for the enrolled individual only and may not be transferred, shared, resold, duplicated, or used for commercial purchasing unless we expressly approve it in writing.  

2. Membership term, price, and payment authorization 

The introductory membership price is $29.95 for each three-month term. By enrolling, you expressly authorize recurring quarterly charges to your selected payment method until cancellation. Renewal dates are generally every three months measured from the original enrollment date, subject to reasonable processing adjustments. If a payment is declined, we may retry the charge, ask you to update your payment method, suspend access, or terminate the membership. You authorize your card issuer to provide updated card information through an account-updater service when available. You remain responsible for amounts properly incurred before cancellation. Introductory-rate protection. The $29.95 quarterly rate will continue for the life of your uninterrupted membership. If you cancel, allow the membership to lapse, experience an unresolved payment failure, or otherwise terminate the membership, a later re-enrollment will be at the price then offered and the    introductory rate is not guaranteed. We will disclose any change that applies to your renewal as required by law. Complimentary business membership. Each participating business in good standing is eligible to designate one individual to receive one complimentary Love Well. Live Local. membership. The complimentary membership is available only while the business actively participates in the Program, remains in good standing, and complies with its Participating Business Agreement. It has no cash value and is nontransferable except with Love Well Connections’ prior approval. Love Well Connections may end the complimentary membership when the business’s participation ends or the business is no longer in good standing. Because no recurring membership fee is charged for a complimentary business membership, the automatic-billing authorization in Section 2 does not apply unless the member later enrolls in a paid membership. Employee discount. An eligible employee of a participating business may receive a discount of $10 off the Love Well. Live Local. membership rate in effect when the employee enrolls. The employee will receive a discount code to enter during account setup. The discounted price will be displayed at checkout before enrollment is completed. The discounted paid membership automatically renews for successive three-month terms at that discounted price until canceled, provided the employee and participating business remain eligible. Eligibility and loss of eligibility. Love Well Connections may periodically confirm eligibility with the participating business. The complimentary membership and employee discount continue only while the business remains an active Program participant and, for an employee membership, while the individual remains employed by that business. If the business’s participation ends or the individual’s employment ends, the complimentary membership may end and the employee discount will not apply to future renewal terms. An employee who has already paid for a three-month term may continue using the membership through the end of that paid term. Any later renewal or re-enrollment will be subject to the standard membership rate then in effect unless another offer applies.  

3. Cancellation and refunds 

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date through your online account, if available, or by emailing lovewellconnections@gmail.com with the subject line “Membership Cancellation.” Include the member name and email address associated with the account. Cancellation is effective when processed and prevents the next recurring charge. You will ordinarily retain access through the end of the already-paid term. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written promotion, payments are nonrefundable and we do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time, unused benefits, dissatisfaction with a participating business, or failure to redeem an offer. If you believe you were charged after a timely cancellation, contact us promptly so we can investigate.  

4. Participating businesses, discounts, and services 

Love Well Connections operates a membership and community-connection program. Participating businesses are independent third parties; they are not employees, agents, joint venturers, franchisees, or representatives of Love Well Connections. LOVE WELL CONNECTIONS DOES NOT OWN, OPERATE, SUPERVISE, CONTROL, DIRECT, OR GUARANTEE ANY PARTICIPATING BUSINESS OR ANY DISCOUNT, OFFER, PRODUCT, SERVICE, APPOINTMENT, ADVICE, REPRESENTATION, SAFETY PRACTICE,    LICENSE, PRICE, AVAILABILITY, QUALITY, RESULT, OR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THAT A PARTICIPATING BUSINESS PROVIDES. Participating businesses determine their own services and are responsible for honoring and administering their stated member benefits. Offers may be subject to exclusions, limits, appointment availability, geographic limits, minimum purchases, blackout dates, identification requirements, or other disclosed conditions. A business may change, suspend, or discontinue an offer or leave the Program. Although we may try to keep listings current and encourage businesses to maintain an offer during a stated participation period, we cannot promise that every listing will always be accurate or that any particular discount or business will remain available. Any purchase, appointment, treatment, service, refund request, warranty, injury claim, or dispute involving a participating business is solely between you and that business. You are responsible for evaluating whether a provider, product, or service is suitable for you, confirming prices and offer terms before purchase, and following the business’s policies. Inclusion in the Program is not an endorsement, certification, medical referral, or guarantee by Love Well Connections.  

5. Program access and acceptable use 

Member benefits may require presentation of a current digital membership card, account verification, or another form of identification. You agree not to:   • share login credentials, membership cards, discount codes, screenshots, or member-only      information with nonmembers;   • misrepresent membership status or use benefits after expiration, suspension, or cancellation;   • copy, scrape, publish, sell, or commercially exploit the member directory or Program content;   • harass a business, its staff, another member, or Love Well personnel; or   • use the Program unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that interferes with its operation. We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access, without refund where permitted by law, for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, material breach of these Terms, safety concerns, or conduct that harms the Program, participating businesses, or other members.  

6. No guaranteed savings or availability 

Membership does not guarantee that you will use or save any particular amount through the Program. The value you receive depends on participating businesses, location, eligibility, availability, and your own use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, digital card, directory, or any specific benefit. We may maintain, improve, replace, restrict, or discontinue Program features, subject to applicable law.  

7. Business categories and professional services

The Program may include businesses in health and wellness, fitness, retail, restaurants and eateries, beauty and personal care, home services, travel, entertainment, and other local or professional- service categories, including financial and legal services. Love Well Connections does not provide the participating businesses’ products or services, make professional recommendations, or verify that any product or service is appropriate for your circumstances. Program content is general information only and is not medical, nutritional, fitness, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Evaluate products and services independently, seek advice from a qualified professional when appropriate, and confirm     relevant credentials, ingredients, allergens, restrictions, prices, and offer terms directly with the participating business.  

8. Communications and electronic records 

You consent to receive membership-related communications electronically, including receipts, renewal reminders, cancellation confirmations, account notices, changes to these Terms, and Program updates, at the email address associated with your account. Transactional communications are part of the membership and may be sent even if you opt out of marketing messages. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and checking spam or filtered folders.  

9. Privacy 

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Payment card information may be handled by an independent payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices. We may share limited information with service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not authorize participating businesses to access your account information merely because they participate in the Program.  

10. Intellectual property 

The Program name, logos, website, member directory, written materials, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Love Well Connections and are protected by applicable intellectual- property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use Program materials solely for your own membership use. No other rights are granted.  

11. Disclaimers 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROGRAM AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LOVE WELL CONNECTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.  

12. Limitation of liability 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVE WELL CONNECTIONS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, SAVINGS, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM A PARTICIPATING BUSINESS’S ACTS, OMISSIONS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OFFERS, OR FAILURE TO HONOR A BENEFIT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVE WELL CONNECTIONS’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE MEMBERSHIP FEES YOU PAID TO LOVE WELL CONNECTIONS DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.     

13. Changes to the Program or these Terms 

We may update these Terms or the Program to reflect operational, legal, security, or business changes. If a change is material, we will provide notice in a manner required by law, such as by email or a prominent account notice, before the change takes effect. Any changed renewal price or renewal term will be clearly disclosed. Continuing the membership after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the next renewal.  

14. Governing law and disputes 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding relating to these Terms or the Program will be brought in a North Carolina state or federal court of proper jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.  

15. General terms 

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the checkout disclosures, and any promotion-specific terms are the entire agreement regarding membership. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your membership or this agreement; we may assign the agreement in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Program. Headings are for convenience only. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

Member acknowledgment 

I have read and agree to the Love Well. Live Local. Membership Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If I am enrolling in a paid membership, I understand that the price displayed at checkout will be charged today and automatically every three months until I cancel before a renewal date. I authorize recurring charges to my selected payment method and understand how to cancel.
